After the dispute between The Vasuntarian Empire, and The Olivian Empire had broken out, a quarter of the cluster had become quarantined by The Vasuntarian Empire, not because there were any outbreaks, or diseases on the run, but because they wanted it to act as a dead end for The Olivian Empire, - Even , though, there weren't any diseases in the quarantined area , there were still some traps in there, had The Olivian Forces tried breaking in.
Although, they were trying their best to not get into some huge war, they were already in for one, as it takes only 'one' small move to mess up a status with another party, or organisation. The status quo being erupted over a Civil War Propaganda seemed pretty reasonable to The Vasuntarian Empire.
To make matters worse, after the Vasuntarian Ambassador to Cycalopitaphia, 'Hias' had exposed the Olivian Empire's agenda, and propaganda, they'd had him kidnapped, and incapacitated, to give off as a mere warning to the Vasuntarian Empire , or rather more like a message serving to them, to be provoked. The Vasuntarian Empire decided not to take their counter-act in a vulgar, or malicious manner. Instead, they just gave them off with a warning, relaying that matters would be taken into serious hands, if there to be more disrupt from the Olivian Empire's side.
This was one of the only times in the Vasuntarian Empire's history where they'd taken matters quite seriously; they're mostly a very peaceful, and utopian civilization. They try their best to stay off of the grounds of harm, and violence. That's one of the reasons why they mostly never engage in with the Cluster Council - as they themselves form up like organisation, which kind of dictates civilizations, after civilizations, and associating with them has very crude conditions, and agreements.
